hey there and thanks for getting back to me from my late night voicemail regarding the property in Comstock Park. WHOA, what a great house!!! My wife and I were wondering if you had any photos of the house from the exterior. Also would like to find out what the basement is like and what work needs to be done to the house that you mentioned in the video. We’re originally from the Michigan area (i’m from Detroit and my wife is from GR), but we now live in Charlotte, but were always keeping an eye on real estate in GR in case we move back. This house might be that piece of Real Estate, but please understand that nothing is definite and everything would be contigent based on the selling of our home here in Charlotte.
With all of that being said, if you could possibly get back to us with the above questions answered and possibly a spec sheet emailed to us, that would be great. Also…..do you have an address for this property?? Just curious what type of shopping is in and around the area. Thanks for your help on this, and I look forward to your reply!!!
