The rules:
a choice of one per transaction is allowed
must be purchasing a home above $75,000 to qualify
appraisal, inspection or moving company can not be over $350.00 in cost or value. If a mover is used and is more than $350 then the client pays the rest. If it is less no cash will be paid to client.
All offers are up to $350.00 despite the actual cost the balance will not be given in cash to the client and anything over $350 will be paid for by client.
this is for a limited time only promotion. Only new clients that sign a contract between June 1st 2011 and July 31 2011 will be honored regardless of when the transaction closes. For example, A new client signs a buyers agency with me on July 5th 2011but doesnt not close their purchase until October 2011. The offer is still VALID.
