The new GRAR search features

Holy cow these new search features on GRAR are amazing. I now can offer my clients different map functions that will save time and money for those wishing to purchase a home.
In this first picture I have shown an area in Wyoming, MI that has Buck Creek running through it. Living near a creek is pretty neat unless it floods. Want to know if your new home is in a flood zone? Flood zones can add an extra policy on your insurance at a pretty hefty cost to the homebuyer. With this map overlay turned on, it projects the 100 year flood plain onto the map putting you at ease.
This second photo was taken from a client who wished to live in specific parts of Wyoming, MI. He liked these areas the best once he drove around them and saw them for himself.
So, using the “define area” search function of GRAR, we sat down and defined the areas that he wanted to live in. When we added to the search the number of bedrooms, baths, garage stalls and such, we began looking at homes and found the one he was looking for.
The next function I can help you with is the school Search function of GRAR. In the photo’s below and by using the links found on this webpage, we can clearly see the different school districts available on our search.
The next one I want to show you is an area search.
Let’s say you want to be less than 1 mile away from any address. In this photo, I used my office address for the center. In the photo below, there are thumbtacks that represent homes that meet that criteria. This search function also show you just outside the circle also.
Of course, these can all be changed and modified at anytime.
These new functions are really a time saver. It can make your search a little less frustrating, and get you into your new home that much faster.
